Our Big Trip To the Twin Cities

We finally took the trip to see Amanda and her family!

We drove down to Golden Valley on Wednesday night because there was a winter storm advisory going on for the northern part of our travels. The roads weren't too bad, but I was sure glad when we got ahead of the storm.

On Thursday we headed for the Mall of America, specifically the American Girl Store and Lego Land.

Emma and Brenna have their American Girl Dolls and here they are standing next to the Store and overlooking what used to be Camp Snoopy, now known as something like Nickelodeon Land.

I was put in charge of watching the girls while E and B went on rides. They got alot of smiles and waves sitting on the bench with their treats.

Creed got to ride on Franklin, he was in a very happy place!
Now, the boys turn...Lego Land! All I can say is WOW! This Star Wars thing is made from legos! There were dinosaurs and palm trees and so much more all made from LEGOS!

After a long day, Creed makes himself at home.

The girls make a "beware" barrier for the boys! :) LOL! (all the Barbie's are naked) EWWW!

On Friday we went to the Cina Grill. We watched Aliens in the Attic and ate our lunch.

Saturday we went to the Brunswick Zone a completely fun time, with

bowling

Arcade games

bumper cars

and Lazer Tag.

We had such a good time, made so many wonderful memories! Thanks you guys!

E cried a lot last night and some this morning before school because she missed her friends so much.

October 12th

First snow of the season

Weather preventing our harvest from being pulled in...

but I'm not complaining ;)

Low voltage lighting all around the whole house, somthing like 20 lights...



something like 100 bushes and plants ;)

something like 8 tons of rock ; this may be a stretch of the truth, I honestly don't know how much rock two tandems hold, but it was a lot!

Part 5 - Saying Goodby

It was such a fun trip and we thouroughly enjoyed every minute of everyone!

The kids really got to know their new Auntie Angie and spent quite a bit of time with her and Jacob. It was so special for me to see their bond being built.

Tio Jay had to go out of town for work so the last day we were there he wasn't; that was sad.

Thanks again family for making our trip so wonderful! We love you and miss you already!

Utah Part 4

We love, love, love the Dinosaur Park, we go there every year!

This year was so differant! Micah was all about reading everything and Emma was finally not afraid. Creed was interested in everything and I loved watching it all!

E's motto is "Diamonds are Emma's best friend" all I have to say is she had better marry a rich man. ;}

The older two really "dug" in to all the learning activities they had around the park.

Creed didn't know exactly what he thought of those big wild things that would make "roar" noises.

Part 3-Sleep Over-YAY!

We stayed with my BFF at her darling home! It was so perfect I had to take shots,

Utah Pt. 2ish

Utah's Hogle Zoo is the best!

I really don't know who had more fun...Creed or Grandpa?
Grandpa hadn't been to the Zoo in 25 years...

it was really special to have him there with us.

Creed loved the giraffes,

he didn't like the big fan the sprayed water mist all over you, Grandpa did!

If E would stop trying to do the bunny ears in every picture, maybe I could get a good shot of the three of them together.
