Mantua Camping Trip

It has been years since I have been out tenting! Then I go without Rob and with a toddler :] Good thing for Grandma and Grandpa.
Mantua is our favorite place to be. Rob proposed to me in this beautiful area. It will always be a special place. We have gone there every year for the past few trips our west and finally the kids were old enough to rough it out for an overnighter in the tent.

The water was fridged, but Creed didn't care, he absolutely loved splashing around and being a boy!

This is a keeper shot!
M and E trying to help Grandpa John start the fire.

Another keeper!
Grandma loving on the loveable!

TTio Jay and Creedy cuddling by the campfire.
I saw a side of my dad and brother that I have never seen before when it came to this fire! They were insane :)

There were a lot of great memories made on this trip. I am so thankful to my dad for all the work he did, just for one night! Thanks, Dad!

Utah Pt. 1

We woke the kids up at 4 am to board the airplane at 6:20 the morning of August 25, for we were flying West, we arrived in Utah at 7:40! How nice is that!!! The kids did great, Creed only wanted "OUT" the last 10 minutes of flight.
We had all day to soak in Utah.
Then, Tio Jay and Tia Angie come over...
OH, BOY!

They only had a little bit of fun with them :)

Creed not wanting to share his popcicle with Grandpa John, but telling him how good it is!

YMCA Chase Race

Micah is a great runner, and he showed some interest in my races so when I saw that there was going to be a kid's 1K race in Fargo I told him about it and he was excited to do it. These pics are not in order ( i still can't figure out how to get them the way i want them). He was one of the first 5 in and after wards we went to Applebee's for some steak!

Random Kid Shots and Thoughts

love this shot
I was bummed all my shots of the wedding turned out dark :(
It was a beautiful wedding. Whitney walked down the aisle to a song written and sung by Nate (there wasn't a dry eye, it was so precious).
Whitney's sister Amber and Tony, a groomsman, sang another song written just for the wedding durning the candle lighting. The whole wedding was purely Whitney and Nate.
I love these two souls that are now one with all my heart and I am so glad to see them so happy together.
